I facilitate psychoanalytic groups and work discussion groups that give teams space to reflect on their practice, better understand group dynamics, and support one another. To deepen learning, I provide tailored reading materials from an extensive resource library.
I have worked with social care departments and universities to design pathways that identify and support students struggling with their mental health. This has included developing policies to safeguard both students and staff, and creating clear guidelines to ensure safety when risks arise.
I am registered with NCSPIR as a supervisor in their national service, offering psychoanalytic clinical and service supervision for organisations, groups, and individuals, including Work Discussion Groups.
Feedback from my work with a Local Authority highlights the value of my group supervision.
I support complex care and complex case discussions within organisations, work groups, and teams. I also work directly with well-being teams, SENCOs, and senior leadership staff, and I provide individual sessions for young people within organisational settings.
