All consultations are strictly private and confidential

No third party will be contacted about or informed of our consultations without your explicit consent. 

What data are collected? 

The following data will be held in digital format:

• Identity data (includes title, first name, last name, date of birth, gender)

• Contact data (includes address, email address, telephone numbers, gp details)

• Transaction data (includes details about payments to and from you and details of services you have bought from us) 

• Copies of letters and electronic communications between the therapist, yourself and any third party that you have agreed be contacted in relation to your therapy  

These data are held to be able to contact you and to manage your therapy and payments

They will never be shared with a third party without your explicit consent

All data will be deleted once therapy is concluded 

Video and phone calls

We will never record phone or video sessions without your consent.

Therapy notes

Summary notes of your sessions may be kept for the psychotherapist's records. The psychotherapist is responsible for ensuring that confidentiality is protected at all times and that you are not identifiable from the notes.
